Thoughts, Rants and Subliminal Suggestions

Well classes are done for today though I have to say that I only went to one lecture today and my lab. This would be due to the lab report that was due today in Molluscan Aquaculture. What complete bs. None of us had no idea what to write for it and I personally had no time to find sources and when I did look, I couldn't find any. This week sucked. Next week is going to just as hard in a different way. I don't have much to do but everything is packed from wake until sleep. This upcoming week is Homecoming! As exciting as that may be, I have to do a lot of stuff for it and once it's over I will be extremely happy.
This weekend should be fun though. Tonight I have Bio Bowl 3 followed by a Phi Sigma Sigma meeting. Our chapter consultant is here visiting to help us with colonization. So that should be fun. After that I have two choices of activities, the PIKE's Ladies Night or going out to dinner and a movie with a whole bunch of friends. I'm leaning toward the movie. I don't really feel like getting drunk at the PIKE house.
Saturday I've got float construction/retreat with Student Ambassadors. Apparently I'm their resident artist so I get to draw everything for the float. It's a Key West theme so I have to draw Duval Street on a 6 ft2 canvas and paint the southernmost point. Keeping in mind, I've never SEEN any of these things. After that I have a private meeting with Fiona the chapter consultant about how to be an effective Scribe. Once that's finished I've got to go to a Panhellenic Social and be all dressed up and pretty. Later that night I get to drive a bunch of rich people around in golf carts back to their cars after they've paid $125 a head for this dinner thing at the gym. Something called Fusion in Fabric.
Sunday is another busy day. The Tri-Beta e-board is taking a trip to Forever Florida and we're touring the whole place. We're going on a swamp buggy tour, eating lunch with the owner, checking out the campsites for next year and going horseback riding!!! That's the one thing that I'm really excited about!!!
Somewhere in there, I need to write a draft of my Sigma Xi proposal and write an informational Speech for my speech class and get a plant physiology lab report written for Thursday. What fun.
Well, I need to get dressed up for my meeting at 5 so that's all for now.
